Hope you are feeling better soon, my wife gets terrible migraines and the fog for days afterwards, mine are different, I can’t see and if I don’t catch it in time with rest in a dark room they can last for hours or be gone in minutes with out a trace

Sara, sorry to hear about the migraines and the “fog”. Not sure what your situation is, but I remember migraines all too well. When younger, it was invoked by stress and anxiety. Now, such things seem to be linked to my thyroid and endocrine system. When it “hits,” light hurts…moving hurts…sound hurts. Not fun.
Sorry to hear you experience such things. Not the same thing as a headache, is it!
