Abuse is an unfortunate reality in this world and is more than physical assault. The invisible trauma we suffer can result in chronic illness, which is a relentless beast gnawing away at the soundness of mind. Education and support from others are vital in the healing journey.

  1. This is something I believe in wholeheartedly, the power we have over ourselves is more complete than what others try to have over us. The moment we allow ourselves to believe we have failed, we are trapped and there is no escape, the moment we lose our freedom. By not losing our faith, confidence and peace of mind, there is little we can’t accomplish.
