  1. I’ve been using melatonin – I have 10mg tabs and, according to the level of sleep resistance at the time, break them into halves or quarters.
    Melatonin levels are regulated by the pineal gland and, there appears to be a correlation between melatonin and serotonin – i.e. melatonin production is dependent upon sufficient levels of serotonin.

  2. I’m constantly battling this one. For some reason, docs don’t believe me when I say I’ve had insomnia my whole life. I wish they’d listen to us, not the “norm”.
